He is Executive Director of Spartan Nominees Pty Ltd, Chairman of Odin Energy Ltd and Excalibur Mining Limited, Director of Wesbeam Pty Ltd and Hawkesbridge Limited and independent Director of the WA Local Government Superannuation Plan.

Mr. Berzins has over 21 years of experience in the mining industry and was previously Chief Accountant for 6 years for Kalgoorlie Consolidated Gold Mines Pty Ltd. Since 1996 Mr. Berzins has been company secretary for a variety of ASX listed companies, and has also had experience in retail, merchant banking, venture capital and SME business advisory.
