Mr. Sklenka graduated from the University of Western Australia with a bachelor of Commerce majoring in accounting and finance. He has over 16 years experience in corporate finance in the areas of capital raisings, IPO’s, acquisitions and project finance in the resource and technology sectors. Mr. Sklenka has worked with a number of listed public companies in both Australia and Canada and developed extensive experience in company formation, capital raising and project acquisition. Mr. Sklenka also holds directorships with Tribune Resources NL, Rand Mining NL and Regal Resources Ltd.

Mr. Sklenka is currently a director of Tribune Resources NL (since 16/8/2004), Rand Mining NL (since 16/8/2004), Regal Resources Limited (since 11/9/2003) and Advanced Energy Limited (since 10/11/2004).

Alex Bajada
Chairman B.Econ (UWA) MAICD

Mr Bajada is a former stockbroker with many years experience in the corporate sector and the management of public companies. He is Executive Director of Spartan Nominees Pty Ltd, a Director of Excalibur Mining Limited, Wesbeam Pty Ltd and Hawkesbridge Limited, independent Director of the WA Local Government Superannuation Plan, former Deputy Chairman of Advance Healthcare Group Limited and former Chairman of Inovax Ltd and the Sealanes Group.

Roland H Berzins
Company Secretary and Public Officer, appointed a director on 15 December 2005.

Mr. Berzins graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in accounting and finance. Mr. Berzins has over 21 years experience in the mining industry and was previously Chief Accountant for 6 years for Kalgoorlie Consolidated Gold Mines Pty Ltd. Since 1996 Mr. Berzins has been company secretary for a variety of ASX listed companies, and has also had experience in retail, merchant banking, venture capital and SME business advisory.
